Once upon a time, in a quiet village, a farmer named Raj tended to his fields with great care. He planted wheat every year, hoping for a bountiful harvest. But one season, a flock of sparrows found his field and began eating the seeds he had sown.

Frustrated, Raj decided to scare them away. He set up a scarecrow in the middle of the field. For a few days, it worked. The sparrows kept their distance. But soon, they realized the scarecrow posed no threat and returned to the field.

Determined to protect his crop, Raj spent hours in the field, waving his arms and shouting to chase them away. But as soon as he left, the sparrows came back.

An old man from the village saw Raj’s struggle and approached him. “Why not plant a small patch of wheat for the sparrows?” he suggested. “They will eat from that patch and leave the rest of your field alone.”

Though skeptical, Raj decided to try. He planted a corner of the field just for the sparrows. To his surprise, the birds stayed in their designated area and left the rest of his field untouched. That year, Raj had his best harvest yet.

Moral: Sharing a little can lead to greater rewards for everyone. Compassion and understanding can solve problems bette than force.
